We have once again received an order to replace over 100 old hydraulic hoses. At VHE, the replacement process is carried out meticulously and professionally. First, the old hydraulic hoses are carefully inspected to assess the extent of the damage and determine the cause.
The hydraulic hoses being replaced this time are from Vitillo and Parker.
Details of the order are as follows:
- 1/4" 400bar smooth-cover hydraulic hose, crimped with 2 straight 1/4" ORFS ends, L=420mm.
- R2AT 3/8” 330bar hydraulic flexible hose, crimped with 2 straight 3/8" ORFS ends, L=800mm.
- 1/4" 400bar smooth-cover hydraulic hose, crimped with 1 straight end and 1 long 90-degree bend end (60mm) 1/4" ORFS, L=1300mm.
- R7 3/8” 175bar hydraulic flexible hose, crimped with 1 straight end and 1 long bend end (70mm) 3/8" ORFS, L=1330mm.
- R2AT 1/4” 400bar hydraulic rubber hose, crimped with 1 ferrule Ø12 with O-ring (16mm thick) and 1 straight 1/4" ORFS end, L=1430mm.
- R2AT 1/4” 400bar hydraulic hose, crimped with 1 straight end and 1 45-degree bend 1/4" ORFS end, L=720mm.
- R2AT 1/2” 275bar hydraulic oil hose, crimped with 2 straight 1/2" ORFS ends, L=2870mm, with plastic spring guard.
- 4SH 1” 385bar hydraulic hose, crimped with 1 straight end and 1 long 90-degree flange end (200mm) 1" code 61, L=970mm.
- R1AT 1.1/2” 50bar hydraulic hose, crimped with 1 straight end and 1 long 45-degree flange end (190mm) 1.1/2" code 61, L=2640mm, with 2-hole staple and plastic spring guard.
